Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the OngJudi Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, OngJudi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances or pending bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. OngJudi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify OngJudi's support team immediately via live chat. OngJudi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
All registration information — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate and complete. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Players in Malaysia are advised that their registered address should reflect their actual residential address in Malaysia (including city — e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam).
OngJudi is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This requirement exists for regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, and to protect the security of all users on the Platform.
OngJudi aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete set of required documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. OngJudi accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by the User.

All deposits are processed in MYR. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX/DuitNow bank transfers are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times (typically 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20). OngJudi targets the following withdrawal processing times upon approval: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency — 15 to 30 minutes. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary based on payment provider processing schedules, network conditions, and verification requirements.
All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency equivalents. OngJudi does not apply currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.
OngJudi offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a balance containing Bonus Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified on each promotion's terms page. For the purposes of calculating progress toward a wagering requirement, only wagers placed on eligible games count. Certain game categories — including but not limited to progressive jackpot slots and certain live dealer table games — may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times via duplicate accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms.
A minimum deposit is required to activate each bonus. The minimum deposit requirement is specified on each promotion's terms page and typically ranges from RM 30 to RM 50 depending on the promotion.
All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page.
OngJudi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds — and to suspend or close associated accounts — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of automated betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinated play between multiple accounts; or exploitation of technical errors or pricing anomalies.
All games available on OngJudi use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or employ live human dealers, depending on the game type. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or user account status.
Specific rules governing each game — including minimum and maximum bet limits, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages — are displayed within each game's interface or on the corresponding game information page. OngJudi publishes RTP rates in the interest of transparency.
In the event of a technical fault, connection interruption, or system error during gameplay, OngJudi will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. Where the outcome of an interrupted game cannot be determined with certainty, any stake placed may be refunded to the User's Balance at OngJudi's discretion. OngJudi accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the User's side.
OngJudi reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of technical malfunction, human error in odds-setting, or where the game was played using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website; or use OngJudi's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide regarding the Platform may be used by OngJudi without restriction or compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OngJudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: game outcomes; technical interruptions or downtime; payment processing delays; or third-party service failures.
OngJudi's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
OngJudi makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
OngJudi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold, void, or forfeit any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with that Account — in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting OngJudi's support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours during business days.
OngJudi reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, OngJudi will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the OngJudi Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Clause 13.
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall in the first instance be subject to OngJudi's internal dispute resolution process. Users are encouraged to contact support in the first instance to seek resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
